Day & night rates
A standard rate by day and a night rate from midnight to 5am. The quote always tells you which applies.
Fair cancellation
Free until the technician starts travelling — anything paid is refunded. After that, 75% of the fee applies.
Card payments: a refundable ₦100 verifies your card; the full fee is charged only when the technician starts travelling to you. Parts (a new battery, key, or tyre you buy) are agreed with the technician and paid to them directly.

Do I need the app to request help?
No. The form on this page creates a real request and dispatches a technician, and you track them here. The web app and Android app offer the same flow with saved details.
How fast will the technician arrive?
As soon as payment is confirmed we offer the job to the nearest verified technicians. Arrival time depends on distance and traffic — you see live status updates on this page.
Is my card safe?
Yes. Card payments go through Paystack, and we never see or store your card number. Only a refundable ₦100 verification is taken upfront; the full fee is charged when the technician starts travelling.
What if no technician is nearby?
We'll tell you straight away if no verified technician covers your area yet, and no payment is taken. We're adding technicians and cities every month.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Choose bank transfer when you confirm your request. We show you the company account, you transfer the exact fee from your bank app, tap "I've sent the money" and enter the account name plus the last 4 digits of your reference. Our team confirms it — usually within minutes — and dispatch starts.
Can I cancel?
Yes — free until the technician starts travelling, with a full refund of anything paid. After that a 75% cancellation fee applies. Once the technician has arrived, the job can't be cancelled.
